Information collected
We collect account identity and contact information, email-verification status, certification records, shipping information, order and payment references, support communications, and security or audit data such as timestamps, IP address, and user agent where appropriate.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, preserve research-use certifications, review and fulfill orders, reconcile payments, provide lot documentation, respond to support requests, protect the service, and maintain required business records.
Service providers
Vendors supporting hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, transactional email, payment coordination, analytics, and shipping may process limited information to provide their services. The production vendor list will be finalized before launch.
Retention
Certification, order, lot-assignment, payment, claims-approval, and material audit records are retained as historical records and are not silently overwritten. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
Requests
Questions or requests regarding account information may be submitted through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, traceability, dispute, or legal purposes.
